Also Oak Valley aren’t operating their main lift this season, so I really don’t recommend going there unless you’re a complete beginner and you’re staying in Wonju.
Hi.. Would like to bring my child to Vivaldi park be opened for sledding during week of 18 Nov to 21 Nov? Will it be opened? Is there any other thing to do at Vivaldi park if ski area is not opened?

If you’re lucky and the weather is cold enough in November they could be open by then, but it’s probably a bit too early. There’s no way of knowing so far ahead, but I’d guess 30% chance of them being open by your dates.
If the ski area isn’t open there isn’t much special to do to be honest, just the typical hotel facilities, restaurants etc
